Intuitive Design For Wellness.
I have been highly passionate about this for many, many years (1998, to be exact); I started thinking, talking about and approaching design and development with wellness and energy firmly in my focus and intent to deliver environments that had energetic signatures, connecting it to the area in wholesome ways, which then connects the occupants to feel more heart aligned, I weave the story of elements, qualities, and so much more together using both my psychic abilities and my professional design sense and eye, creating imbued atmospheres, that become somewhat mystically enchanted, magnetically attracting, essentially this becomes impacting to those that interact with those spaces, & environments.
Our environment directly affects our lifestyles, and consumers are growing more conscious of how their homes and communities impact their daily life and behaviour. Interior Design Alchemist Delahrose Roobie Myer has an evocative style. She specialises in ‘Design for Wellness’.
Delahrose is masterful at creating holistic visual beauty and spatial and energetic harmony. Her bespoke interior design and interior styling create environments that support people’s wellness.
Delahrose combines principles of visual beauty with magical energy (with astrology and feng shui) to create a more energetic flow.
Her customised environments exude harmony. People feel magnetised when they’re in high-vibrational spaces. They love to remain in them. They feel connected and well.
This has consistently built better business returns and increased ROI for her clients.
Delahrose’s many years as a healer have infused her design with this powerful flow and commercial success. The more significant wellness movement has transformed the tourism market and redefined the modern workplace.
Wellness Real Estate is considered the next frontier to be radically transformed by this broader movement; the market was estimated at $134 billion in 2017 and only continues to grow yearly.
Consumers are more aware and informed now than ever and have come to understand just how much of an impact our built environments have on our mental and physical health.
This has been a critical driver in the rapid growth of wellness real estate, as consumers demand more from property developments.
This demand extends from residential to commercial developments. Property developers must consider wellness design as a priority.
Our homes are one of the most critical assets we invest in throughout our lives, so it’s only reasonable that they should also be an investment in our health and wellbeing.
From the Americas to Asia-Pacific and Africa, there is a rapidly growing interest and consumer demand to extend our wellness experiences beyond travel to our homes and communities.
Developers must prioritise wellness in their project plans and focus on innovative architecture and interior design to create spaces that genuinely foster health, evoking senses of comfort and peace.
